I went to the lifestyles unlimited symposium in Houston earlier this year and enjoyed the vendor workshops. A vendor my wife and I Did business with is called “Exchange Resource Group”. This company help investors do 1031 exchanges. Lou Ann was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. To make a long story short , we sold 2 of our single family investment properties and purchased a 7 unit apt. Building. ERG was very helping in guiding my wife and I through the whole process. I would highly recommend the company to my investor friends and anyone who is looking for a 1031 exchange company.
