Today, Host Al Gordon offers a dose of honesty, entirely on the air, in a move almost completely unheard of in mainstream media. If not for his Mentor, Del Walmsley, he would not be a radio show host and he would not be retired with real estate. Nowhere is this better exemplified than later in the show when Al’s analysis of single family investing goes beyond the data nodding to the decades of wisdom he gained from Del.
