Now, a lot of us prefer to invest in deals that don’t require a lot of rehabbing work involved but, apparently, Dwayne fell head over heels with a wreck of a house. The numbers made sense, the contractors did all the work, and now Dwayne is collecting a rent check every month while he proudly proclaims, “I never got dirty!”
We are also proud to let you all know that Dwayne closed on two more properties a week after this filming and he has designs to expand his portfolio even more this year!
