Andy Webb fills in for Del Walmsley and welcomes Louie, a Lifestyles Unlimited member who joined after discovering Del’s show in 2019. Excited to get started but still skeptical, he took the leap and purchased his first property in San Antonio while living in Virginia. Since then, Louie has expanded his portfolio to ten properties, all acquired remotely. Despite never seeing most of them in person, he emphasizes how the right education has allowed him to live where he wants while investing where it makes the most sense.
