Del Walmsley hosts Josh and Victoria, who share their real estate journey from passives to Lead investors. Since joining, they have invested passively in seven deals before becoming Lead investors in 2021. Despite their growing portfolio, they maintain a hands-on approach, with Josh frequently traveling between Texas and Cincinnati to manage their investments, all while focusing on enjoying more time with family, friends, and traveling.
