Join our Marketing & Member Services Team in Houston as a Member Services Representative:
This position is a marketing, sales and support role reporting to the Director of Member Services. Your primary function will be to provide marketing support internally as well as sales and customer service to prospective and existing Lifestyles Unlimited® Members.
This role is 40 hours per week, at least 1 Saturday morning per month and 1 weekday evening per week. The position is salary with quarterly performance bonuses. (NOT TO EXCEED 40 HOURS PER WEEK – WE WANT YOU TO HAVE TIME TO CONTINUE TO CREATE PASSIVE INCOME SO YOU CAN RETIRE TOO!)
As a Member Services Representative your days will be filled with basic computing and data entry, inbound and outbound sales and service calls, email, web chat, social media tasks, and one-on-one, large group and face to face presentations and interactions.
Requirements:
-Single-Family Income Property Owner
-Excellent Communicator
-Personal Character Traits: Energetic, Punctual and Passionate about Passive Income
-Professional Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Office Suite and Social Media platforms. One-on-one, large group and face to face presentation skills.
-Previous Sales & Customer Service Experience, a plus.
-Job Description/Responsibilities:
-Hosting Lifestyles Unlimited® workshops, member meetings, and networking events with the FFP team.
– Answering phones and following up with potential clients.
-Updating database with member information.
-Emailing and calling potential members as well as current members to increase attendance at Lifestyles Unlimited® events.
-Team Member in the sales division
