Do a quick search of 401k fraud and you will likely find Pandora’s Box of criminal abuse to these accounts. Del Walmsley sure did. But, what you will have a harder time finding is someone roasting this very topic, who is not only supposed to believe in this retirement saving strategy, but who makes his money from it as well. Yes, we always knew that the supplemental 401k plan had been reduced to upside down logic, but we would have never guessed that its marketing had as well.
