If you buy your EXPO pass after 8:00 PM CST on May 6, 2025:

Please check in at the Customer Service table on the main floor of the Irving Convention Center (right across from the Expert Hall entrance).

We’ll be printing your badge manually on-site, so please allow a little extra time for check-in. Thanks so much for your patience—we look forward to seeing you!

Your EXPO pass confirmation email and receipt is all you need to check in at the event. No additional ticket is needed.

When you check in at EXPO, you will receive an EXPO badge and lanyard.

Your EXPO badge and lanyard will serve as your entrance pass for the Multifamily bus tours and EXPO events and classes.   

Please note: VIP seating, networking lunches, and Friday’s cocktail reception is reserved for Platinum pass holders only.  

If you would like to upgrade to a Platinum Pass – please speak with a Member Services team member.

Note: If you are registered for the 2-day tour pass, you must check-in on both Wednesday and Thursday.

Check-In location will be on the first floor of the Irving Convention Center (same location as the main EXPO event check-in)

Check-in time: 11:00 AM
Bus Departs: 1:00 PM

*lunch will be available for Bonus Multifamily Bus Tour pass holders between 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

Thursday, May 8th
Multifamily Bus Tour with Del Walmsley
Check-in time: 7:00 AM
Bus Departs: 9:00 AM

*breakfast will be available for Bus Tour pass holders between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM.  A box lunch will be provided to take on the bus.

You can check in on the first floor of the Irving Convention Center.

Just enter through the main doors of the convention center and look for Lifestyles Unlimited tables and banners.

The Member Services team will be available at the Membership Sales Tables on the first floor of the Irving Convention Center (ICC) from Wednesday – Saturday.

On Friday and Saturday, the Member Services team will also have tables on Level 3 & 4 in the ICC.

Del’s Keynote and Friday’s afternoon panels will take place in the Pavilion at the Toyota Music Factory.

The Pavilion is approximately an 8 minute walk from the convention center. (~ .4 miles)
