Del Walmsley hosts Josh and Victoria, who share their real estate journey from passives to Lead investors. Josh, initially starting flipping houses at 19, while working as a firefighter, but the 2008 recession left him with unsellable properties, highlighting the need for a more structured approach. Their introduction to Lifestyles Unlimited came when a colleague shared his success, prompting them to attend a two-day seminar. Since joining, they have invested passively in seven deals before becoming Lead investors in 2021. Despite their growing portfolio, they maintain a hands-on approach, with Josh frequently traveling between Texas and Cincinnati to manage their investments, all while focusing on enjoying more time with family, friends, and traveling.
