Five years ago as he neared retirement age, Mark joined Lifestyles Unlimited when realized he was going to outlive his savings and 401(k). He speaks today with Al Gordon about this decision, how he approached his first few deals, and how quickly the stress left as he saw his Cash Flow and net worth grow. His assets replaced his 6-figure corporate job, he retired on his own terms and is now giving back to the community as a Multifamily Mentor and Lead Investor.
